On the N70 between Caherdaniel and Waterville

From Kenmare :
3.9 km from Caherdaniel crossroads on the N70 on the RIGHT hand side of the road. Up above.

driveway + sign to thidwick bnbLook out for the "sharp bend" sign plus the "curly whirly" sign. Our driveway is just before the white house.  The driveway is steep concrete - 1st gear is recommended.

From Waterville: 
about 9 km - you will pass the Scarriff Inn and 800 meters beyond will be our house on the LEFT hand side of the road - just after the white house depicted below. It is very easy to miss as it comes upon you as you round the bend.

 

Hiker's Directions

The Coastal Route will bring you out at the Blind Piper Pub. From there you can get transport back to Thidwick BnB from Clare or call Jerry at +353 83 362 7169. For those with energy left you can walk back on the Kerry Way. There is a sign on the Kerry Way indicating Thidwick BnB.
