Verified Best view in all of Ireland The most stunning scenery of the trip and one of the most stunning I've ever stayed in period. We had to go to the B&B from the local pub in two car trips, and by the time I got in the car for the second load up I had already gotten messages from my group extolling the glorious views. We sat, heavy and injured from the Kerry Way, just watching the sun set over the water. Absolutely incredible.Verified What a find! We had a wonderful stay with Claire and Dezy in their wonderful home overlooking the best views and stunning sunrises and sunsets. The breakfast was tasty and Claire was so accommodating to Sue who is vegan. Lovely chats about the local places to eat and we will look forward to returning. Clare clearly loves sharing the space and hosting guests. From the night before we arrived she was helping us out with information and suggestions. Then on our rest day she provided great suggestions for how to do sightseeing on foot, including the use of insect repellent. The accommodatations were comfortable. It was nice to have a chair that I could sit and enjoy the view from. Breakfast was delicious and the view unparalleled. The lunch we got for our next hike day was the best we had on our trip. It's the first time we did a B&B for such a trip and found it more relaxing than the usual full schedules offered with the large travel companies. The Ring of Kerry is filled with such natural beauty and the people are warm and lovely, as were our hosts. We signed up for a tour excursion with Clare who knows the area like the back of her hand and is an excellent driver. Wir waren auf dem Kerry Way wandern und Clare, die Gastgeberin, bot uns an, uns in Caherdaniel abzuholen. Clare was an extraordinary host! And the house is better than your wildest expectations. The views from the lounge are spectacular and literally breathtaking. As much as I wanted to explore the area I also wanted to sit on the couch with a hot drink and just… watch the views and light and storms and clouds. The bedrooms were so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I could have stayed here for many days and been quite happy. We explored the derrynane beach and abbey ruins just south of the house and it was stunning. Clare’s recommendations for dinner at The Lobster and The Blind Piper were perfect (we went to both!). You won’t want to leave here, trust me.

What a beautiful home. Lovely panoramic windows at the front overlooking an amazing view (which was a reason for our choice). Clare has thought of everything and was always around to answer any queries we had. It was so comfortable. She explained everything and we felt at home right away. Lovely cooked breakfast. Great recommendations for eating out and walking and anything that goes on in the area. A really lovely stay.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit herrlichem Blick sowohl aus den Zimmern als auch aus dem Panorama-Aufenthaltsraum. "Thidwick B&B near Caherdaniel was a stand out due to its amazing location and super host Clare. Clare contacted us earlier in our walk to invite us to dinner as they were having a catch up that night up with friends and family, two of which were walkers we had met in the early days of walking. Lovely home cooked meal, great company (about 10 people for dinner) and Clare’s partner Desi entertained all later on the piano with his often hilarious original songs. One of those special travel experiences!"

OUTSTANDING Air BnB!! The owners are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. We felt directly like home and were amazed by the great view you have on the ocean (by 270 degrees around). The breakfast is the best start you can have in the morning. Clare is a great cook and makes you awesome food of a well chosen list. The area it is placed in is perfect for fabolous hikes, beach-time or even just relaxing in the garden or the living-room. We will definitely recommend everybody to go there and enjoy the stay (It was our Favorite Air BnB of Ireland and made our stay there the best Ireland-experience)! 6 out of 5 stars!!
